Description
Production Process: Chopped dates are taken from selected varieties, hand picked and pitted in Israel. They are shipped to the UK in 8kg boxes. The dates are broken by hand under hygienic conditions. Any visible admixture is removed. The dates are then chopped to 10-20 mm, rolled in organic rice flour to prevent sticking, and metal-detected.

Packaging
The boxes will be white corrugated paper, with a polythene liner. Each box will carry a label with the product description, lot no. Soil Association symbol, and nett weight.

normal: no pips in 10kg
maximum: 2 pips (broken) in 10kg
