The largest cereal crop in the world, wheat still sustains more people than any other food and has been called the "staff of life".

The wheat flakes in Organic Rich Muesli retains the entire wheat germ and the bran and so all the complex nourishment of the whole grain. We have added organic malt to the flake to enhance their natural flavour. The malt also imparts the rich brown colour in the flake.
