The dates in this organic muesli come from the Jordan Valley in Israel. There is a group of ten farms where these dates are grown.

A typical farm is the Sde-Eliyahu. It is a Kibbuts of about 110 families situated in the Shan Valley which leads into the Jordan. This farm is about 350 acres with 48 date palms per acre. Aprox 17,000 trees produce 1,400 tons of fresh dates per year.
